Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to join our logistics team in the West region. In this role, you will manage shipping documentation, coordinate import and export activities, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage large volumes of shipping documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders, Airway Bill) in line with daily schedules.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of shipping documents while complying with industry standards and company regulations.
- Coordinate with forwarders and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of import shipments to the warehouse.
- Act as the point of contact for shipping inquiries, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
- Generate operational management reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
