- Industry: Manufacturing company in appliances, electrical, and electronics.

Responsibilities
- Handle all HR functions, including payroll, CPF, IRAS, and CCL NS claims.
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as creating job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure smooth daily HR operations like issuing contracts, managing employee confirmations, terminations, leave, insurance claims, and onboarding.
- Keep the HR database and employee records accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure HR policies follow current employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare annual, monthly, and ad-hoc HR reports.
- Assist with annual salary reviews, appraisals, and bonus calculations.
- Communicate with government agencies about statutory issues.
- Maintain a positive company image by being the first point of contact for employee and external inquiries.
Requirements
- Relevant diploma/degree qualification in relevant businesses studies.
- Min 3 years of relevant experience will have added advantage.
- Able to start in short period.
