Responsibilities

- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
- Make Project Management Dashboard using System Tools.
- Find the Profit or Loss Statement
- Project Tracking
- Manpower Handling
- Consumer Care
- Invoice track
- Make all kind of Project Format and forms
Requirements
- Minimum Under Graduate Degree with Relevant Experiance min 4 years
- Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role
- Proficient Knowledge in Ms Office
- Able to do Costing the projects
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday
- Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
- Able to work on Night Shift or Change Shift Depends on Project
- Class 3 Driving will be Advantage
- Able to work if Co-Worker / Colleugue absent take care the Replacement.
