Job Responsibilities:
- Event Leadership: Lead the entire event lifecycle from initial planning, budgeting, and scheduling to execution and post-event analysis, ensuring every detail aligns with project goals and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, overseeing the work of project executives, assistant project managers, and other team members to deliver successful event outcomes.
- Vendor and Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key suppliers, sponsors, and service providers, ensuring favorable terms that align with budget and event requirements.
- Budget Management: Oversee the event budget, ensuring all financial aspects are managed effectively, including cost forecasting, tracking, and reporting to meet financial goals.
- Risk & Crisis Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, handling on-site crises or issues swiftly and effectively to ensure the event runs smoothly.
- Venue and Operations Oversight: Direct the venue overlay process, including layout design, logistics, and branding, ensuring that all operations run efficiently on event day.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Lead the post-event analysis, reviewing performance metrics, capturing key learnings, and preparing financial claims and documentation for future improvements.
