Working hrs: Mon to Fri (0800AM to 0500PM)
Location: Yishun
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or Office Skills Certificate
- Experience in secondary school environment preferred
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and IT systems
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
Scope of works:
- Manage phone calls and walk-in queries
- Handle mail and email distribution
- Assist with data entry, goods receiving, and certificate printing
- Support school events and activities
- File documents and distribute materials
- Attend to unwell students, latecomers, and early dismissals
- Administer basic First Aid
- Process Financial Assistance and Bursary applications
- Perform other duties as assigned
