Working hrs: Mon to Fri (0830AM to 0530PM)
Location: Bedok
Requirements:
- Completed "N" levels
- Good communication skills in English, especially with children
- 3 years of school administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Provide a list of current and past work experience
Scope of works:
- Answer phone calls and handle walk-in enquiries from students, parents, and vendors
- Attend to injured students
- Perform admin tasks: filing, distributing flyers, data entry (using Excel and Word)
- Remain calm and work under pressure, especially during busy periods
- Handle staff enquiries and requests
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
