Job Responsibilities:
- To provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales Team
- To prepare reports and other documents as required by the Management
- To perform administrative work and maintain proper filling
- To liaise and coordinate with the sales partners for sales support tasks
- To follow-up including enquires, documentation and etc
- Prepare claim such as buyback claim, witholding claim and distributor rebate claim
- Upload monthly product price list
- Assist some miscellaneous task such as supplier registration into system, sending Statement of Account (SOA) and receipt request from distributor

- Meticulous and have an eye for details
- Ability to speak and write in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters
