Responsibilities:
- Engage in both business consulting and project management activities, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
- Analyze current business processes, identify issues and risks, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Recommend and design optimized business processes for future states.
- Document business processes with precision and quality.
- Facilitate effective discussion sessions with clients to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
- Collaborate with project team members to lead and drive business improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the trading industry, preferably in a trading house or with trading house clients.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation, particularly with SD, MM, and FI modules.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering, including projects with or without system installations.
- Proficiency in documenting business processes using PowerPoint or Visio.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (Business Level/ JLPT N1) are required to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with a client-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities. Confident in presenting and communicating effectively with MNC clients.
- Experience with digital projects or technologies such as Robotics Process Automation, SuccessFactors, or Business Intelligence/ Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
