Job Scope:
- Provide IT helpdesk support and assist end users.
- Offer technical support for desktops, laptops, iPads, and in-house applications to corporate users.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
- Manage and troubleshoot networking equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Deploy workstations (desktops, laptops, iPads) and other IT equipment.
- Manage IT hardware and software inventory.
- Assist with IT hardware procurement and related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT issue resolution.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent
- 3 years relevant experience
