- You will plan, coordinate and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Departments that are aligned to the organization strategic plan. You will lead a nursing team to manage staffing needs and conduct ward rounds. You will also mentor/supervise nurses in their clinical practice, and participate in hospital committees/projects.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years’ of nursing management experience, of which, at least 5 years’ experience as Senior Nurse Manager or above
- Preferably a Post-graduate in Management or Nursing with Advanced Diploma in Midwifery, Paediatrics, Medical Surgical, Perioperative, NICU or related disciplines
- Experience /involvement in Quality and Risk Management Committee/Task Force/Project would be an advantage
