Responsible for meeting service standards in the assigned outlet.
• Supervise service personnel and ensure meeting of service and grooming standards.
• Monitor workflow and recommend improvements or increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely communication of orders and delivery of food.
• Oversee condition of seating premises.
• Assist in conducting training for service staff when required to improve service standards.
• Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant F&B experience
- Immediate starter is preferred
