- Oversee the running of the Senior Care Centre (SCC) and its services which include Day Care, Day Rehabilitation, Centre Based Nursing and Active Aging Programmes.
- Perform intake assessment and review of day care clients and oversee Multi- Disciplinary
- Meetings for reviews of clients including Day Rehab clients.
- Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Immediate starter is preferred
