- Managing and supervise the following jobs:
- Conduct work site investigation and advice about carpentry work
- Manage and supervise contractors about design, specifications, drawings, work descriptions by following Singapore Law, Regulation and Safety Guidelines for Carpentry Work
- Design and make calculation sheets and detailed trial calculations
- Calculate cost /budgetary expenses for every project
- Obtain quotations from suppliers.
- Need handon experience at least 10 years supervisor experience
- Handle inquiries from clients and vendors to do additional works
- Prepare process reports if clients requested
- Knowing of construction and renovation work flow is a must
- Participate in meeting with clients
Requirements
- Experience of managing staff members
- At least 15 years of experiences of constructions or renovation and supervise site experience
- Ability to solve technical problems
- Team player and cooperative to staff and vendors
- Good interpersonal skills
