- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' front desk reception experience.
- Reception experience in a school setting is an advantage.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel).
- GCE “O” level certificate with at least 2 passes.
Scope of works
- Attend to incoming calls, inquiries, and deliveries.
- Assist walk-in students, teachers, parents, and visitors.
- Contact parents of unwell or absent students.
- Provide basic first aid and maintain the sick bay.
- Keep the General Office reception counter clean and tidy.
- Manage office administrative tasks (mail, filing, document distribution).
- Engage with parents on administrative matters (e.g., GIRO forms).
- Perform tasks using basic Microsoft Office (data entry, Word, Excel).
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks (e.g., P1 registration, emergency drills).
