Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Oil and Gas industry. They are looking for a Project Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the North– easily accessible.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of products and supplier documentation.
- Manage post-sales contact for project order status inquiries and maintain customer relationships in Asia market.
- Monitor supplier performance and expedite to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ensure suppliers meet product specs and packaging requirements. Assist in resolving non-conformance issues.
- Work with internal teams to ensure suppliers comply with purchase order terms.
- Keep suppliers informed and provide updates on progress, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare reports on supplier progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Travel to supplier sites as needed to verify progress and delivery.
- Expedite materials for sales orders and update records as per process.
- Submit monthly reports and report any process deviations.
- Assist with inspection planning and coordination.
- Manage project order documentation.
Requirement
- Min Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chian Logistics
- Min 2 - 3 years’ experience in oil & gas, chemical or industrial plants.
- Experience in Order processing, supply and delivery
- Able to read simple PO, technical specifications and data requirements.
- Knowledge in shipment incoterms and facilitating process will be added bonus
