Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFQs, clarify opportunities, and manage risks
- Prepare and submit compliant tenders (technical, quality, risk)
- Lead commercial and financial management (quotations, cost estimates, profit margins)
- Collaborate with project teams and management
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Ensure successful project handover and execution
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in quantity surveying or it's equivalent
- At least 5 years related working experience
- Able to lead a team
- Good interpersonal skills
