Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Logistics: Collaborate with operations teams to manage daily logistics activities.
- Manage Customer Transport Arrangements: Work with customers to arrange transportation for deliveries and prepare delivery reports.
- Build Customer Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Prepare Quotations: Generate and submit accurate quotations to customers.
- Respond to Customer Feedback: Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle Inquiries: Manage incoming calls and emails related to customer inquiries or complaints.
- Provide Shipment Updates: Deliver timely updates and pre-alerts regarding shipments to customers.
- Process Orders: Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track Status: Monitor and update the status of shipments and orders regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A good team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
