- Analyze incidents to identify root causes, solutions, and provide reports.
- Assess business needs and manage user access in ERP and CRM systems.
- Oversee software development, including design, testing, and documentation.
- Track IT tasks, resolve issues, and report project status.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience managing databases in Infor M3
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex IT concepts.
