Responsibilities:
- Assist in production of bakery & pastry products in accordance with specifications and order requirements
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation practices in accordance with HACCP / FSSC requirements.
- Operate and regular maintenance of all baking equipments, including ovens and mixers etc.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients;
Requirements:
- Certificate in Baking Skills or its equivalent
- Preferably 2 years of baking experience as a baker assistant or in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Good knowledge of baking techniques, equipments and ingredients
- 6 days work week with the ability to work on weekends/public holidays
