Job Description
Customer Service:
- Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations in a friendly & efficient manner.
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Order Processing: Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Cleanliness:
- Maintaining a clean and organized showcase display to appeal to customers
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Payment Processing: Handling and process payment transactions accurately.
Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Upselling and Promotion: Recommending additional items or promotions to enhance the customer experience, upselling to increase revenue.
Requirements
- Good command of English (written and spoken) & communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Good team player and self-motivated.
- With or without experiences are welcome to apply.
- Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends & Public Holidays
