Responsibilities
- To provide first aid, logistical, equipment and height, water and expeditionary safety support with Training Safety Policy
- To support , assist, prompt follow-up on incident management, height rescue system and evacuation as necessary during or after the programme.
- To implement and manage the incident response system, height rescue system and evacuation procedure of the facility/ Centre.
- To evaluate and select appropriate alternatives to contribute to the efficient and effective administration and resource management processes
Requirements
- Abseil proficiency level 2 (SNAS level 2)
- Biz safe level 2
- Kayaking 2 star certification
- Lifesaving 1, 2 and 3/Bronze medallion
- Sports climbing level 2 (SNCS 2)
- Sport climbing activity Supervisor
- Working at height
- Wilderness first aid
- Other relevant skills such as safety and risk management, group management, camping, hiking and backpacking, navigation, cycling, challenge course management, and expeditionary learning.
