Product Manager (Telecommunication Industry)

Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from idea generation to launch, ensuring our products are competitive and exceed market standards.
  • Market Insight & Innovation: Gain a thorough understanding of the needs of Requesting Licensees (RLs) and End Users (EUs), identifying gaps and developing innovative solutions that differentiate us in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work collaboratively with various teams, including Business Development, Regulatory, Planning, Operations, IT, and Finance, to ensure smooth product delivery and support.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Providing insights to navigate ongoing and immediate regulatory issues that necessitate changes to products and processes.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track product performance and revenue, implementing corrective action plans as needed. Continuously improve features, pricing, and business processes to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Customer-Centric Customization: Interact directly with customers to understand their specific needs, offering customized solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products and processes adhere to relevant regulatory standards.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in Product Management within a Telco/IT environment (those with more than 5 years of experience will be considered for Senior Product Manager position).
  • Proven experience in financial and business case modelling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for influencing and driving change.
