HR Officer / Executive / Assistant Manager

  • Execute all stages of Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, conducting interviews, selecting candidates, negotiating offers, facilitating onboarding, and conducting new hire orientation.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with educational institutions for internship and other programs (e.g., Work-Study Diploma).
  • Provide assistance with leave management and benefits administration (including insurance), as well as oversee the monthly payroll process, work pass administration, and participate in governmental surveys.
  • Oversee procedures related to staff confirmation, contract renewals, resignations, and salary review processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of the off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews and obtaining exit clearances.

Requirements:

  • With Diploma or Higher in related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in related working experience.
  • Well-versed in MS Office Applications.
  • Excellent communication skills
