Job Scope
- Provide IT infrastructure service and support to organization
- Provide inhouse hardware & software IT and network support
- Perform system installation, configuration, upgrading and troubleshooting
- Perform troubleshoot and resolve computer and various network devices, services and securities (ex: routers, switches, firewalls, VPN)
- Perform data protection, Coordinating Software and hardware
- Monitoring network performance, Implementing network security measures
- Liaise with external vendor to troubleshoot IT issues
Requirement
- Possess Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
- Min 1 years relevant experiences will be advantage
