About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager (VP/AVP) to manage and grow a portfolio of Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) in Singapore and the RCEP region. The successful candidate will be responsible for pitching a range of banking products and services, including cash, trade, loans, treasury, and capital markets products, while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Banks/NBFIs, pitching products such as cash, trade, loans, and treasury solutions.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including head office and overseas branches, to deliver excellent client services.

• Lead loan syndication origination, trade finance product structuring, and manage participation within the Banks/NBFI segment.

• Prepare detailed credit applications, including financial analysis, risk evaluation, account reviews, and credit monitoring.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policy guidelines.

• Prepare reports such as credit memos and regulatory submissions for parent bank.

• Manage clients’ ongoing activities, transactions, and inquiries.

• Formulate and improve operational systems and processes for project requirements.

• Ensure loan covenant compliance throughout the lifecycle of syndicated loans.

• Participate in system enhancement projects and process improvements.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FI coverage or credit analysis in a large bank or NBFI.

• Expertise in loan syndication, credit evaluation, and trade finance products.

• Strong knowledge of syndication loan administration, financial documents, and legal interpretation.

• Self-starter with sharp business acumen and deep understanding of capital markets products.

• Excellent communication and client management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
