Job Description & Requirements
- Responsible for effective implementation and successful completion of building projects undertaken by the company within schedule, cost and quality.
- Liaise Closely with Sub Contractor; set guildlines and provide expertise and supervision to the team. Manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resource and enhance cost effectiveness.Manage, monitor and regulate the schedule and quality of performance of sub-contractors.
- In-charge all the construction matters, integration of programs, scheduling and planing of manpower, materials and sequence of works.
- Do the submission when needed.
