Job Descriptions:

The position reports to the Managing Director but works with all staff and external advisers such as government agencies, auditors, accountants, lawyers, consultants etc. The job scope requires the manager to:

· Oversee the Finance and HR Department.

· Be responsible for accounting, GST and taxation and internal controls.

· Oversee and review of contracts related to purchasing, insurance and government agencies.

· Review and approve invoices to customers and suppliers.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in financial reporting.

· Implement HR policies and responsible for compliance with MOM regulations

· Assist in preparing grant applications and follow up on grant submission.

· Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments.


Requirements:

· A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administrative or Human Resources.

· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or administrative role with 2-3 years of managerial experience

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Critical and independent thinking

· Be task and goals oriented in an environment that requires multi-tasking under tight deadlines

· Highly competent in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.

· Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

· Knowledge of MOM regulations and HR practices.
