In this exciting role, you will gain hands-on experience in all operations, from understanding the intricate lives of corals and fish to supporting our sales and inventory management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Immerse yourself in our company culture, learning about our mission, products, and operations.
- Develop a deep understanding of our mariculture corals and ornamental fish, their specific needs, and market trends.
- Assist in daily tasks like tank maintenance, water quality testing, feeding, and animal husbandry.
- Observe and learn the sales process, gaining insights into customer interaction and sales strategies.
- Learn about stock control procedures and contribute to maintaining accurate and efficient inventory levels.
- Participate in research initiatives, attend industry events, and network with professionals.
Qualifications:
