Responsibilities

- Perform all administrative jobs related to site activities

- Receiving telephone calls, Couriers, Email responses, Clients and guests

- Monitor and administer time keeping of direct site & subcontractors staff TMIS

- Assist Site Manager in all procurement activities like to raise PR, Quotation enquiry, Etc.,

- Maintaining of Training Database Management.

- Generate Monthly, Weekly reports for training frequently / Statistics for projects

Requirements

- Minimum N Level certification or equivalent with credits (C6) and above) for English, Mathematics and at least 1 Science subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Combined Science)

- Relevant work experience will be an advantage
