Job Description:
- Responsible for the establishment, training, implementation, and maintenance of rules for the office's daily work.
- Responsible for the archival management of the company's administrative documents and materials.
- Responsible for arranging, guiding, supervising, and executing specific administrative affairs of the company. This includes company safety management, office space management, meeting room management, travel management, etc.
- Responsible for the daily attendance of all office staff (all departments).
- Responsible for the management of administrative fixed assets, procurement management of fixed assets and office supplies, and the maintenance of access control and office environment.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in fulfilling relevant management responsibilities.
- Promote cultural construction, create a positive organizational atmosphere, inherit company culture, and ensure the sustained and healthy growth of the organization.
- Responsible for the company's external reception work and resource allocation.
- Organize various regular and irregular collective activities within the company.
- Assist the Director of Governance in handling public relations and some external liaison affairs, including various transactional communications and coordination.
- Complete other tasks assigned temporarily by the supervisor, and manage, supervise, and follow up on special administrative work arranged.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum bachelor's degree;
2. Over five years of administrative management experience;
3. Work experience in human resource will be a plus;
4. Proficiency in both English and Chinese;
5. Have good language expression and communication skills. Open mind.
6. Have good learning ability, able to actively and effectively solve work problems, and
be responsible for the results;
7. Work seriously and responsibly, with meticulous attention to detail, patience, a sense
of responsibility, and accountability.
