We are looking to grow our sales team and are seeking highly motivated, result-oriented, sales-driven, resourceful and dynamic individuals to join our Benel team in expanding our customer base.
As part of the Sales Team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing B2B sales, selling Benel’s products through direct customers, architectural and design firms.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.
•Develop and sustain strategic relationships with customers to boost sales.
• Meet sales goals by leading, managing, mentoring, and providing sustainable feedback to the team.
• Monitor sales representative activities weekly and monthly to ensure effective time management and to achieve sales target and KPI.
• Provide and enhance sales & product training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Oversee the submission of RFP documentation, ensuring deadlines are met with the support of the Sales Support team and Project Team.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to higher management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements
• 5 years of experience in managing a sales team(s) - both indoor or outdoor sales in any industry
• Strong sales track record
• A results-oriented and sales-driven attitude
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and leading the sales team
• Commitment to quality
• High professionalism, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail
• Proficient with numbers and technology
• Prior experience in design/ furniture/ home furnishings would be an added advantage.
