Our client is one of the Singapore’s leading real estate development, investment, and property management company with wide range of portfolio. They are seeking for a Senior Manager or Manager to manage the retail leasing business for shopping malls.
Job Description:
- Managing the leasing activities for assigned retail portfolio including fast paced shopping malls with more than 400+ tenants
- Leading a team of 4 retail leasing staffs
- Manage the team to formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy rates
- Securing new tenancies, identifying potential market segment
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
- Preparing and reviewing annual rental budget and forecast
- Management reports on market supply, demand, pricing, competition and market position
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Real Estate / Property Management or relevant field
- Min 8 years of leasing experience and some experience in managerial position
- Strong knowledge in real estate industry and extensive network
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Possesses RES License, or to take it once onboard with the company
