My client is a global EPC organization specializing in the design and construction of modular and prefabricated facilities for the high tech and life sciences industry. They have recently been awarded a prominent project in Singapore and are seeking a Project Manager to spearhead project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Overall site management for construction and installation of Singapore projects.
- Develop detailed site execution plan.
- Develop site execution schedule (Including milestones).
- Define site safety management procedures and measures, and ensure the effective implementation of safety regulations.
- Responsible for organizing site meetings and reporting project status (progress, quality, weekly reports, etc.)
- Responsible for planning and management of Singapore authority related permitting, such as Building plan approval, TOP, etc.
- Responsible for Coordinate with professional engineers, such as RE/RTO, RI, etc.
- Responsible for the management of subcontractors.
- Liaison with authority officers for inspection or other activities.
- Coordination with owners, main contractor, subcontractors, material suppliers, etc. to ensure timely handling of site issues.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in construction site management, at least 3 years experience in mission critical project execution experience in Singapore
- Familiar with project management skill, excellent communication skills and high efficiency of execution.
- Familiar with CAD, project, and other Microsoft software.
- Some travel (mainly to China).
