We are part of a global logistics and supply chain company specializing in air freight services. We are looking for out for an energetic and highly motivated individual to assist our operations team for the next phase of our business. We are located in the East part of Singapore which is reasily accessible.
The candidate is responsible for:
Duties
- Assist customers with daily cargo bookings and manage the administration of these bookings, including entering flight reservations into the system and issuing airway bills.
- Plan the daily flight load to optimize capacity and efficiency.
- Ensure the smooth uplift of shipments by tracking cargo movement, conducting warehouse checks, and overseeing operations at the tarmac.
- Address customer claims for missing or damaged cargo and handle any queries related to reservations. Provide timely follow-up with customers to resolve issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
