Job Scope
- Verify and record all vendor invoices in system.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and send monthly SOA to customer
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and required reports
- Basic Accounts Payable and Receivables.
- Various HR admin duties that may arise time to time.
- Handling appointment and administrative duties for Managing Director
- Processing work pass application, renewal, tax clearance and admin related
- Verify employees working hours for payroll.
- Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management
Requirements:
· Preferably to have Diploma/Degree Qualification in Accounting or Human Resource.
· At least 2 years of related working experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Good sense of initiative, driven and independent worker.
· Meticulous with an attention to detail
· Able to manage deadlines.
