Admin Assistant

Job Scope

  • Verify and record all vendor invoices in system.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Prepare and send monthly SOA to customer
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and required reports
  • Basic Accounts Payable and Receivables.
  • Various HR admin duties that may arise time to time.
  • Handling appointment and administrative duties for Managing Director
  • Processing work pass application, renewal, tax clearance and admin related
  • Verify employees working hours for payroll.
  • Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements:

· Preferably to have Diploma/Degree Qualification in Accounting or Human Resource.

· At least 2 years of related working experience.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Good sense of initiative, driven and independent worker.

· Meticulous with an attention to detail

· Able to manage deadlines.
