Job description
The Customer Service Advisor handles the daily operations handling customers and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Answer customer enquiries / queries effectively, professionally, and timely
- Handle the day to day operations of the facility
- Meet sales & payment collection targets
- Prepare license agreement to customers
- Prepare monthly reports to management
- Perform all other roles as instructed by our Operations Manager.
- Work location: Woodlands
We are looking for a team player who is:
- Able to work independently.
- Pro-active, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Good at interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Both independent and customer service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English. Additional language skills are an added advantage
- Experience is preferred; those with 2 years of experience in a similar role would be considered for a Senior role.
