Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the forklift rental and sales market.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Oversee the rental fleet, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and ready for rental.
- Develop pricing strategies for rental services that maximize profitability.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure all sales and rental practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain records of sales transactions and rental agreements.
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in Business/Sales / Engineering
- Experience in sales of equipment rental or industrial equipment
- Proven supervisory and managerial experience
- Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of forklift operations and safety regulations is a plus
