About the Academy:

We are a social enterprise focused on igniting curiosity and fostering lifelong learning. Specializing in Phonics and Math, we are passionate about making education impactful and accessible. Our team creates a supportive community for students and their families, helping each learner grow academically and personally through innovative teaching methods.

First Konnection – The Authorized Education Recruitment Specialist for this Role

What You Can Expect:

  • Streamlined Process: Let us handle the logistics while you focus on showcasing your expertise.
  • Direct Communication: Receive timely updates and clear guidance throughout the application process.
  • Personalized Advice: Leverage our insights to present your strengths and secure the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries about our Phonics and Math programmes, both in person and through online platforms
  • Update the student attendance system and maintain accurate records
  • Process school fees through our digital systems
  • Upload weekly class photos and curriculum slides onto the online portal
  • Assist in planning and organizing SkillsFuture training courses
  • Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment at the center

Working Hours:

  • Mondays: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Tuesdays: ½ Day, either AM or PM off)
  • Fridays: 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM
  • Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Off Days: Wednesdays and Thursdays

What You’ll Bring:

  • A positive, proactive approach to customer service and operations
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with parents, students, and staff
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in educational settings, is a plus!
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable managing online systems and processes
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
