Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans to support the overall marketing strategy.
- Manage a team of marketing communication professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all marketing channels
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and promotional items
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results and drive ROI
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing communication to identify new opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, industry influencers, and customers
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Experience in B2B marketing is preferred
