Assistant Baker / Cake Maker
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and Bake breads and make cakes
- Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized at all time
- Process all food according to company’s and government / client regulatory control
- Ensure safe operations of all equipment, and report any faulty equipment to superior immediately
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations (HSE) set by the Company, clients and government
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
- Will be deployed to company group's outlets or central kitchen
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC
- Able to learn and adapt swiftly
- Able to work individually and as well as efficiently in a team
- Able to communicate with internal and external customers
- Able to present a positive and professional attitude at all time
- Able to start work immediately / within a short notice period
- Able to work in fast paced working environment
