Job Summary:
Our client a leading and fast-growing telecommunication industry is currently hiring for a Sales Account Manager to join their admirable team.
Responsibilities:
- Participate aggressively in tenders and invitations for quotations across various platforms (GeBiz, Tenderboard, etc.), identifying new growth opportunities through the pursuit of new logos.
- You will be responsible to work with stakeholders across all levels, including senior management teams internally and externally.
- Handle daily account management activities for a portfolio of government or government-linked logos, including billing, revenue forecasting, coordinating internal resources for solution development, and process optimization
- Drive revenue growth by addressing untapped segments within your existing portfolio.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification in business management or telecommunication.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B account management, contract/bid management, business development, or product function in a Telco, IT, or Tech industry.
- Experience in hunting for government accounts and participation in tenders is essential.
- Exposure to broadband, connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, and cybersecurity services is valued.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in ambiguity. Work well under pressure and provide solutions in fluid scenarios.
