Responsibilities:
- Provide overall support to the Sales & Marketing team in achieving company objectives.
- Develop and implement sales & marketing initiatives and provide support to business partners.
- Assist in business growth and recruitment of new business partners.
- Contribute to the overall market expansion in new and existing markets.
- Assist in organizing trade events, meetings, and training sessions for awareness.
- Provide product and company updates to business partners.
- Collect and analyze market data; offer insights and regular reports to management.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years sales & marketing experience, preferably from direct selling/ FMCG/ Corporate Insurance industry.
