Job Summary:
Our client a leading building materials company that offers end-to-end surfacing solutions spread across laminates, compacts, Interior and exterior cladding are hiring for an Sales & Specification Manager to join their admirable team.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to hunt and penetrate new accounts and service existing customers.
- Managing architects/design consultants/maincon and carpenters.
- Identifying and developing business opportunities with the existing potential customers to bring greater revenue to the company
- To build sustain good relationship with customers for long term businesses.
- Prompt following up on upcoming/on-going projects
- To achieve sales target through specifying project ranging from development residential/healthcare/hospitality/commercial and others
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sales, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry with proven track specification and sales track record.
- Possess own vehicle
- Strong understanding of product specifications, and project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and project tracking tools.
