Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers' enquiries and feedback on customer orders.
- Prepare sales quotation and invoices.
- Processing of customers' orders.
- Manage and oversee all customers' orders shipping activities.
- Ensure customers' orders shipped and received on time.
- Provide overall sales support to the sales team to fulfil customers' orders.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
- With 2 - 3 years of customer service and shipping/ coordination experience
