Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations to ensure meeting customers' demand.
- Utilize data analysis tools to forecast product demand and actual usage.
- Work closely with suppliers on replenishing of inventory and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels regularly to avoid inventory shortage.
- Monitor suppliers performance, review and provide improvement suggestion.
- Update and maintain the product database in system.
- Work cross functional departments on product activities and quality checks.
- Prepare inventory reports.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 years of inventory planning & analysis experience.
- Prior experience handling relatively high SKUs will be an added advantage.
