Your roles and responsibilities
- Plan and schedule for events and training sessions
- Handling course enquiries and course enrollment process
- Liaise with different stakeholders such as trainers, learners etc
- Manage on-site event deployment operations to ensure seamless and efficient execution. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaign. Coordinate and implement marketing strategies to promote events and training sessions effectively.
You should have:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). With Minimum 3 years working experience.
- Experience in event/training planning, management and coordination will be preferred.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
