Your roles and responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule for events and training sessions
  • Handling course enquiries and course enrollment process
  • Liaise with different stakeholders such as trainers, learners etc
  • Manage on-site event deployment operations to ensure seamless and efficient execution. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaign. Coordinate and implement marketing strategies to promote events and training sessions effectively.

You should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). With Minimum 3 years working experience.
  • Experience in event/training planning, management and coordination will be preferred.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
