[URGENT] Office Manager (Company Insurance & Claims Management)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's insurance portfolio and support the development of effective risk management strategies and programs for the company.
  • Identify potential risks and implement risk management solutions.
  • Work internal and external counterparts (such as insurance brokers and law firms), to secure the best insurance coverage and reduce financial risks for the company.
  • Assist in risk assessments, handle claims, and prepare risk management reports for senior management.
  • Use analytical and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and support comprehensive risk mitigation efforts.
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or equivalent
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience handling company/ corporate insurance management with claims eperience
  • Prior experience in risk management & & operational audit will be ideal
