Job Responsibilities
Provide IT Helpdesk & end user support
Provide technical assistance on desktop/laptop/iPad & in house applications to corporate users
Maintain and troubleshoot various Microsoft Windows OS & applications
Maintain and troubleshoot networking equipment such as switches, routers and firewall.
Deployment of workstation (desktop/laptop/iPad) and other IT equipment
Administration of VMWare, MS Windows Server, AD, Exchange & MS SQL
Management of IT hardware/software inventory
Assist in procurement of IT hardware & related administrative matters
Liaise with external vendor to troubleshoot IT issues
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Information Technology
Skills, knowledge, 2-3 years relevant work experience in the following areas:
Desktop/Laptop/Mobile devices hardware & Software
Office 365 / Exchange Administration
Various MS Windows OS and applications
MS Windows servers and Active Directory, MS SQL
Network & Security (WAN, LAN, WiFi, VPN, Firewall, router, switches etc)
Backup hardware & software
End user support and vendor management
