Responsibilities:
- Review and study the contract drawing for construction before construct.
- Check and ensure all the construction drawing and materials to meet the required standard.
- Assist Project Manager on all site work, supervision works, schedule and planning for project progress.
- Manage daily work on site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
- Discuss with Head of Department for site problems and technical difficulties and resolve on site and coordinate with M&E team for site progress.
- Attend consultant meeting and highlight the discrepancies to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the drawings, specifications and construction procedures and BCA requirements.
- Liaise and conduct sub-cons meeting for daily work.
- Prepare and submit drawings and documents according to the project requirements.
- Inspect all Structural and Architectural work with RE/RTO and kept record the entire document properly.
- Prepare paperwork for ISO and GGBS documentation for BCA audit.
- Filing the document of project paper works and As-built drawings up to date.
- Ensuring compliance to Workplace Safety and Health Acts
- Attend WSH meeting, daily toolbox meeting and Site WSH inspection.
Requirements:
- Diploma in C&S Engineering / Architecture or equivalent
- Preferably with working experience in foundation works
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AUTOCAD
- Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
- Willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays when necessary
