ISCA Academy is seeking a dedicated and organized Operation Administrator to support the operational needs of the continuous professional development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to course administration, procurement, and documentation processing.
Key Responsibilities
Continuous Professional Development Administration:
- Manage classroom attendance and setup.
- Create and set up live webinars and Zoom webinars.
- Create and set up evaluation forms
- Hosting of live webinars
- Attendance taking for classroom sessions
- Download and organize recorded webinars.
- Process monthly trainer fees.
- Alignment of training materials according to slide templates, when required.
- Update quiz and exam questions on learning management platform
Administration Document Processing:
- Route documents for signing.
- Raise requisition forms (RF) and process invoices.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Collation of Course Evaluations:
- Compile feedback from course participants.
- Prepare reports based on evaluation data.
Other Ad-Hoc assignments:
- Eg. Packing of gift bags for participants
- Research and vendor sourcing, when required
Requirements
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration
- Some relevant experience is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Zoom platforms.
- Experience with administrative tasks and documentation processing.
- Proficience in Microsoft excel, word and powerpoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
